I have been reading reviews on ClixSense. I am still left with the question is ClixSense legit or is ClixSense a scam? The reason I say this is that they say they have proof of payment.
However, the proof of payment was from years ago. Not recently. In one review, the payout they were showing was for a few cents, not dollars. We all know how time-consuming surveys are.
This is one reason I do not do this type of program. But I want to see if ClixSense is any different from the others. Will I spend HOURS performing task and not even make $10.00?
ClixSense is legit. However, I would advise you to keep reading so that you know what you may be getting in to if you decide to join.
In order to get paid you have to have a minimum of $10.00 in your account.
How To Earn Money
In order to earn money you can play games, take surveys, and of course promote ClixSense. They also have cash offers which is where you will get paid to test products.
It seems to be like other sites and have the same task to complete in order to get paid. I did notice though that they had surveys that paid more than typical sites. The pay ranged from $0.13 to $2.00.
I will go through each item and test them, giving you a description of what is entailed as well as the pay rate if it is available to me.
So since surveys are one of my pet peeves, I am going to start there. Let’s see how long the process takes. My very first survey took almost an hour.
I had to fill out information before getting started though and I will not count that one. I did make $1.25 for taking the survey.
My second one said it will only take 10 minutes. However, it started with “does anyone in your household suffer from” and it had a list of different health issues.
Having experience with this I automatically clicked none of the above. I will explain why, later on. I of course no longer qualified for that survey.
From that point on it was the snowball effect. I was given one that asked what my annual household income was before taxes, when I clicked my answer and I of course got the “we’re sorry, you do not qualify”.
I clicked on another survey to try, I clicked on my annual household income and made it to the next page. I was rejected from this one due to the fact my business was not in the legal field. What the heck?
So basically the surveys you are given are just like the rest of the sites. I did make a buck but it was definitely not worth it and I will not be taking anymore.
What this says to me is that the reason I am not qualifying for additional surveys is that they are not using my information to base the surveys on.
If they kept my information, they would know to NOT give me surveys that I will not qualify for. I am not a rocket scientist, but even this dummy knows that.
Cash offers sounds like a good way to go. Get paid to test products? Who wouldn’t want to do that, right? Let’s see what goodies we will find here. Anything has to be better from the surveys.
They have well-known companies like Victoria Secret, Bose, Apple, and even Disney Cruise. The pay ranges from $0.01 to $1.67.
For the offers you have to sign up with valid information. Now this is where you better make room in your email. You are only getting paid for signing up ONE time.
By clicking the “I agree to receive” means that you will get emails from this company on a daily basis. Keep that in mind if you decide to give ClixSense a try.
I need to warn you before you get all excited about the offers you will see. In the process you will still need to complete a survey.
When you answer “yes” to certain questions you then get redirected to a corresponding service. Here is an example. If you click yes when asked if you would like to refinance your home, you will be redirected to a questioner based on mortgage refinance.
I started out with Yankee Candle and ended up with a credit check service. I had been at it almost an hour and still had not completed it.
There are a ton of games that you can choose from as well as many types. There are educational, skill, action. Sports arcade etc.
I am sure there should be something to suit everyone as many as there are to choose from. Depending on the game, I may not do very well using my laptop. But we shall see.
I seem to have some bad news when it comes to the games. You can not earn money from playing the flash games. If you play the ClixGrid games you will need to be LUCKY in order to get paid for playing.
After 2 hours of playing a game and not receiving any type of message or earning, I went on a search to find how to earn money while playing games.
I went to the “chat” forum which is where I discovered my answer. It was’t really a chat room, more like a search for your question and read the response that it received.
So now my question is, how can they advertise that you can earn money by playing games, if the fact is, that you can not earn money from playing them.
This to me is a scam and they should not be allowed to advertise “earn money by playing games”, just because a couple of people have been “lucky” at the game and actually won money. This was a BIG let down.
I honestly don’t see how others are making money through ClixSense. I suppose that since some members have been there for a few years, maybe they now have a system that helps to earn.
By taking the surveys and doing cash offers, you will immediately start getting emails as well as telephone calls. This is exactly why I clicked none of the above when asked if anyone in my household suffered any of the medical conditions that were listed.
My phone has been ringing off of the hook. I suppose that if YOU, were to take the surveys, you may not have the issue that I did with qualifying.
I knew what would happen if I had clicked on the medical condition that I or my family might have, that I would receive numerous calls and emails about it.
I don’t want that, but I still have companies calling me from the information I had entered in the many surveys and offers that I did try to complete.
I earned $2.75 for a total of 7 hours or trying ClixSense out. Not counting the time spent with the ones that I didn’t even qualify for.
Was not worth it, nor would I recommend it.
